Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Carrier Delays
Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Jerkinit Beef Jerky is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related delays
• Service interruptions
• Delivery issues beyond our control
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting us.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are:
• Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Returned due to incomplete or invalid addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Warm Weather Advisory (Food Products)
Our products are shelf-stable and packaged for freshness. However, during extremely hot weather, we recommend retrieving your package promptly after delivery to maintain product quality.
We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by prolonged exposure to heat after delivery.

We currently ship to:
